多少钱的酒才是纯粮酒?这个问题有点太笼统。瓶装酒还是纯粮散装酒,而且纯粮酒还分为很多品种,例如,生料酿酒 半固态酿酒 小曲酒 麸曲酒 大曲酒都是纯粮酒,但是酒质却有着天壤之别!不同的地区价格也会不一样,粮食的价格也不同,还有酒的香型,清香型,浓香型,酱香型,还有储存的年份等等!酿造纯粮酒是一个枯燥而复杂的过程,酿酒的成本计算更是复杂,我们可以从两个方面来看,一看得见酒的成本。粮食、人工、酒曲、煤水电、包装等等。看不到的成本,发酵时间有的纯粮酒发酵用快曲,发酵不到一周就可以蒸馏,酒质不好 总酸总脂含量低。还有就是储藏成本,酒是陈的香,为了保证酒的口感推出更香醇的酒粮食酒需要经过长时间的储藏来达到,酒中的营养物质,总体平衡。所以存大量的纯粮酒会占用你很大量的资金。那么多少钱以上的白酒属于纯粮酒呢?我是职业酿酒人,我们这是东北粮食主产区,十元一斤的散白也可以是纯粮酒,好一点的的白酒像我们厂的果味大曲酒在100元以上。因为这种酒是是用苹果和五种粮食发酵120天的大曲酒,所以成本很高!白酒的价格往往会考虑到一个品牌价值在里面,就是品牌溢价,都会加到消费者这里!现在生产纯粮酒的厂家很多,但是酒的品质却参差不齐,有的小作坊没有正规的生产手续,也没有正规的检测报告,好的,纯粮酒一定是固态大曲,在我国17种**名酒中有16种,是大曲酒!还有就是白酒生产厂家,有没有官方的检测报告和生产许可证?还有卫生不部门颁发的营业执照,等等酿造白酒所需要的手续是否齐全,如果没有,就是生产白酒的,黑作坊做的都是三无产品,产品质量得不到保证!白酒行业属于特种行业,食品安全大于天。这些还要看官方部门给他们的检测报告中,总总总总总总总的含量,我就像我刚才提到的,有些酒坊生料酿酒技术还有半固态发酵剂,总酸总脂含量相当低,有无论口感和香气都很不好?而且没有储藏的价值储存,几年后酒水会变得寡淡无味!所以说纯粮酒和纯粮酒之间有着很大的差别,我是东北农村乡镇的职业酿酒人,自己的企业做的是纯粮固态大曲,还有麸曲酒!你看一款白酒,有没有收藏价值?是不是有好一款质量高的白酒 一定要看他官方给出的检测报告,总酸总酯的含量高低,这直接关乎到酒的质量!(但是前提是总酸总酯的含量不是人为通过添加化学试剂而达到的,必须是纯粮原浆),下下图就是我厂的检测报告和茅台及系列酒理化指标,大家可以对比下!希望大家关注我一起交流酒知识!不难看出,我们的总酸总脂的理化指标已经到到和茅台的标准!所以敢说“挑战全网同等价位看淡生死不服来战”
