look有很多种用法，后面可以跟不少介词，但是在这里
因为表示朝某样东西看去，要用look at 的形式，比如经常遇到的 look at the blackboard，看黑板等等。以下是look短语的用法~希望对楼主有用
1.look about[around]
(1)环顾四周。如：
the man kept looking about.这个人不停地环顾四周。(2)随便看，到处看。如：
a：what can i do for you,madam?夫人，想买什么吗?b：no,i’m just looking around.不是，只是随便看看。(3)到处寻找。如：
i’m looking about for a house.我在找一座房子。(4)仔细考虑。如：

这里是个固定用法。在这种句型里面，there后面的动词只能用一般现在时表示正在进行时。句子的顺序分2种，主语是名词的，动词紧跟there后面。主语是代词的，按正常语序跟在there后面。这个单独记吧。
